Kerri Faulkner - Director and Teacher of STORM


Kerri trained in ballet, tap and modern from the age of 4yrs then gaining all her exams up to advanced 2 passing with grades of 94% out of 100%.

Kerri did her training at the Baugi and Gulliford Academy of performing arts and gaining a place at the royal ballet school wish she did not take, from there Kerri then performed in shows all over the UK taking leading roles Kerri gained a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts and trained in street dance with some well none dancers across England.

Kerri performed at the West End and after having a back injury she turned to teaching taking over her mothers and grandmother dance school changing the name to STORM and from then on has been a great success travelling all over the UK.

With her students winning competitions and having students doing so well gaining full scholarships in London top dance schools along with one boy at storm Jack Manley getting to the last 12 boys in the country for Billy Elliot in the West End but would of gone all the way but was to tall Kerri and Storm are very proud of him!

Kerri gets a great deal of satisfaction sees her students going from strength to strength gaining the support of the Verwood mayor.

Storm have been in the Echo with stories to name a few 2006 Wizard of Oz Echo write up said was a great and entertaining show, 2007 school write up with kylie dancer and captain and in 2009 storms youth dance company in hip hop theatre.
